According to a Python script that can be used to connect ChatGPT to WhatsApp, ChatGPT can soon reply to texts on behalf of users. Created by developer Daniel Gross, the latest innovation uses ChatGPT’s AI-based conversational capabilities to respond to text messages on the popular instant messaging service.
However, neither OpenAI nor Meta have formally introduced support for AI-based messaging on their platforms, so this option is not yet official. Developer Daniel Gross is responsible for the new ChatGPT patch for WhatsApp, which allows users to respond to WhatsApp messages using an AI chatbot.
To respond to text messages in a human way, this unauthorized integration leverages ChatGPT’s conversational capabilities and accurate information delivery capabilities.
To do this, you would need to get the language library from the website that contains the appropriate files. Users then need to run the “server.py” file by opening the “WhatsApp-gpt-main” file. This will start the ChatGPT WhatsApp configuration.
Before selecting “python server.py” you must type “Is” and hit enter while the server is running. This will configure the account’s registered phone number on the OpenAI chat page. The user is then asked to continue by checking the “Verify I’m human” box. The associated WhatsApp account will then have OpenAI ChatGPT available.
